1.1 Cancellation by Customer:

Digital Products:
- Digital product purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the download or access has been granted.

1.2 Cancellation by Rechristen Life:

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed in customer's bank account in 5-7 working days.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Services that have already been rendered

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
